I am originally from a small town in Ohio, however, I have spent the last 20 years in Florida. I moved to Georgia just over 2 years ago, due to a job transfer for my husband. I graduated in 1997, from the University of Toledo, with a Master's of Education. This is my 15th year teaching, a majority of these years have been in the 3rd grade. I have been married for 27 years, and have three children, all of whom are boys. My oldest son attends WGTC and is studying welding, I have a son in the 11th grade, but attends GMC, and my youngest son is in the 8th grade at BMS. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. My favorite hobbies include camping, hiking, scrapbooking, and various crafts. I love to do anything that involves the outdoors.
